We hope to cover all your questions in the following, but should you have any additional queries regarding the shop, our products or your order, please email us at shop (at) theinbetweenmusical (dot) com & we will try to respond as soon as possible.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all mail orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. Items will be posted individually via second class mail, with estimated arrival being within 3-5 days of dispatch. Delivery times may vary for international orders outside of the United Kingdom.

For sheet music or backing track orders, shortly after your order has been processed, you will be emailed a link to download your music from. This email will be sent to the email address you used for your order (if you order using PayPal, this will be your PayPal account email address). Please note, all sheet music is in PDF format and requires Adobe Reader to be viewed (http://www.adobe.com/).

IF YOU ORDER SHEET MUSIC OR BACKING TRACKS AND DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINING THE LINK TO YOUR MUSIC within 24 hours, please email us at shop (at) theinbetweenmusical (dot) com and we will email it to you directly as soon as possible.

COPYING SHEET MUSIC OR BACKING TRACKS

All purchases of sheet music or backing tracks from this shop are for one single copy only; the purchaser may store this copy electronically on multiple devices, if this is solely for their own use, and, in the case of sheet music, may make a single printed copy. The music is copyrighted and must not be distributed to others in any form, including electronically or as an additional hard copy.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately by emailing shop (at) theinbetweenmusical (dot) com and putting the subject heading as 'Order Cancellation', as we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. As sheet music and backing tracks are digital and sent automatically upon ordering, sheet music and backing track orders cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

If you receive an item from our shop in a faulty condition, you may request a single like for like replacement if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. Replacements will only be given in the case of a faulty item. If you require a replacement for a faulty item, please email shop (at) theinbetweenmusical (dot) com within 30 days of your purchase, giving your email the subject heading 'Order Replacement' & detailing the nature of the fault.

PRIVACY POLICY

The information you give us will be used solely for the processing & completion of your order, and to improve your shopping experience. It will not be given out to any third parties, except where this is required to complete your order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, the purchaser may be subject to import duties or taxes upon the item reaching its destination. We have no control over this and any additional costs must be borne by the purchaser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither The In-Between Shop nor any of its owners, affiliates, employees or other representatives of any kind, will be liable for damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this shop, website, external links or any products listed or purchased. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

We reserve the right to amend or alter the above at our discretion.
